Former National Basketball Association (NBA) player Delonte West has been seen on the streets again, homeless.

He was LeBron James' teammate in Cleveland.
After ending his career in 2015, West suffered from bipolar disorder and was homeless for a while. In January of this year, he was receiving treatment at a rehabilitation center in Florida.
