Azerbaijan's women's 3x3 basketball team has won the Sumgayit stage of the Women's Series.
Idman.biz reports that in the decisive match, our team defeated Latvia with a score of 15:12.
The team, coached by Ratomir Delic, won against the Czech Republic 20:12 and Slovakia 21:8 in the matches they played in the group. Thanks to the victory in the last game, our basketball players advanced to the 1/4 finals as the group leader.
The Azerbaijani team then defeated the Chinese national team 18:12 and "CS Rapid" in the semi-finals with a score of 21:15.
