Azerbaijan's U-16 boys' and girls' basketball teams have traveled to Minsk, the capital of Belarus.
Idman.Biz reports with reference to the Basketball Federation that the teams will participate in the XXVIII international tournament dedicated to the memory of Vladimir Ryzhenkov, the former Minister of Sports and Tourism of Belarus and the first president of the country's National Olympic Committee.
According to the information, the competition brings together basketball players born in 2009 and younger.
In addition to the Azerbaijani national teams, the host Belarus teams, as well as Kazakhstan and Russian teams will compete in the tournament.
It should be noted that the international tournament will last from December 5 to 7.
