Azerbaijan's women's national basketball team has lost its first match in the qualifying round of the 2027 European Championship.
Idman.Biz reports that the team, led by head coach Evren Alkaya, faced the Bulgarian team in its first match in Group E.
The match held at the Baku Sports Hall ended with the opponent's victory with a score of 141:48.
It should be noted that the Azerbaijani team will host Montenegro on November 15.
