"Anadolu Efes" Parts Ways with Luka Banki, Igor Kokoskov Becomes Head Coach

"Anadolu Efes" basketball club has parted ways with head coach Luka Banki.

Idman.biz reports that the Italian specialist had been leading the team since January of this year.

Under Banki's leadership, "Anadolu Efes" lost to "Panathinaikos" in the EuroLeague playoffs, remaining outside the "Final Four". The team also lost to "Besiktas" in the Turkish championship semi-finals.

It should be noted that the name of the Turkish representative's new head coach is already known. Serbian Igor Kokoskov will lead the team.
