The name of the „Absheron Lions“ basketball club has been changed.

"Our team, which completed the last season as the silver medalist of the country championship, will continue its activity under a new name in the new basketball season. Thus, the team that performed under the name of „Absheron Lions“ until now will compete under the name of „Landau Lions“ from now on.
This change is part of the club's development strategy and new targets. We are stepping into the new season with the same perseverance, the same spirit and with greater goals", the information says.
