According to Idman.Biz, the Azerbaijani wrestler, competing in the 92 kg weight category, faced Turkish Fatih Altunbas in the final match and won with a score of 10:0.
In the decisive match, Tsokayev defeated his opponent and became the continental champion among wrestlers under 23.
