The 24-year-old Italian player scored against Manchester City in the 23rd second of the game. This is the earliest goal since Manchester City striker Bobby Owen scored against West Bromwich in 1968.
Note that in the match where Arsenal won 3-0, the other goals were scored by Kai Havertz and Martin Odegaard.
