Today, June 5, Polina Rahimova, one of the most titled and powerful volleyball players in Azerbaijan, celebrates her 35th birthday.
In an interview with Idman.biz, Rahimova confessed that she plans to spend her next birthday in a calm, relaxed atmosphere with her family.
"I am currently in the car with my husband. In about 6 hours we will go to Ayvalı, which is near İzmir. My husband's parents live there. That's why I will celebrate my birthday with my family. Tomorrow is Eid al-Adha, so we didn't plan anything special, we'll just have lunch," said Rahimova.
The Azerbaijani volleyball player recently won the Brazilian championship with the Osasco club. She spoke about her next success: "We recently won the Brazilian championship and could have organized a party. But I'm not planning anything yet. We arrived in Turkey 2-3 days ago and are still in the adaptation process."
In addition, Rahimova spoke about the most unusual birthday in her life: "I celebrated my most unusual birthday with my husband in Dubai, where you have to wait in line for two months to get into the Museum of the Future. In addition, we flew in a helicopter and climbed to the very top of the Burj Khalifa. The most memorable birthday was when I received a dragon as a gift when I was 10 years old," the volleyball player recalled.
It should be noted that next season Polina Rahimova will play for the Greek club "Panionios".
