Head coach of the Lithuanian women's national team, Tomas Rajanauskas, shared his thoughts on the match they will play today in Baku against the Azerbaijani national team in Group C4 of the League of Nations. Sport24.az reports that the Lithuanian specialist said the following about the match:
"I think it is possible for us to achieve a positive result in the match against Azerbaijan. There is no invincible opponent. Everything depends on us. A lot depends on how we prepare for the match and how we approach the game. If we put up a decent resistance, anything is possible. We believe in our players. It is important not to be afraid, because we have nothing to lose. We want to go out on the field and fight for victory. We must use our chances and take advantage of our opponents' opportunities. We understand that if we can defeat Azerbaijan, the home match with Montenegro will be a golden match for us."
It should be noted that the Azerbaijan-Lithuania match will be held today and the match will start at 18:00.
