The specialist evaluated the team's performance in the European Silver League: "The team could not recover after the first game loss to Luxembourg. I say the same things every time, it repeats. The team consists of young people. Inexperience always has its say. There are volleyball players in the team who are taking their first steps in the national team. In the set we won against Hungary, the team was able to achieve what they wanted. As a result of not repeating previous mistakes, we finished the set in our favor. Although we scored 16 points head-to-head in other sets, unfortunately, it did not continue and we lost. Our problem is that the players cannot finish to the end. The reason for this is inexperience. During matches, the coaching staff tries to motivate the volleyball players. But sometimes it doesn't pay off."
F.Jalalov said that he is sure that the national team will strengthen in the near future: "We have 10 games ahead of us during the summer. We will play 2 test matches in Georgia. We will mainly give all volleyball players a chance in test matches. I believe that after these 10 meetings, we will witness positive changes in the players. We hope that they will not repeat those mistakes anymore."
It should be noted that the Azerbaijani national team won against Georgia with a score of 3:0 in the European Silver League, lost to Sweden and Luxembourg with a score of 0:3, and to the Hungarian team with a score of 1:3.
