FIFA's Dispute Resolution Chamber is investigating the appeal of the "Kapaz" club. The head of the Media and Marketing Department of the Ganja representative, Geray Giyasov, informed about this in a statement to Sport24.az.
The club official stated that the issue with former football player Jafferson Bente is currently being investigated by FIFA from a legal point of view and the process is ongoing.
"The issue with Jafferson Bente is currently being handled by FIFA's Dispute Resolution Chamber. We are waiting for the decision to be made," Giyasov emphasized.
Note that Jafferson Bente joined "Kapaz" on loan from the Portuguese club "Portimonense" at the beginning of the 2025/2026 season. Although the Brazilian football player was sent to his homeland during the winter break, he did not return to the team afterwards. After that, the Ganja representative made an official appeal to FIFA regarding the matter.
