Azerbaijan is hosting the III CIS Games very well
İdman.biz, referring to "Report", reports that this was stated by the President of the Turkish Chovgan Federation, Fatih Köşə, in a statement to journalists.
He said that they have newly developed Chovgan in Turkey: "Chovgan is an ancient Turkish game, it has roots. It is a shared cultural heritage and has always been played in Azerbaijan. We also started developing it in Turkey two years ago. We are trying to develop it together with Azerbaijan. It is very nice to participate in the III CIS Games. This is also a cultural and diplomatic element between countries."
He positively assessed the support of Azerbaijani fans: "Azerbaijan is hosting this competition very well. Azerbaijani fans make us feel like we are at home. We thank each of them. We want to make everyone happy with enjoyable games."
It should be noted that the Chovgan games will end on October 7.
