I lost in the European Championship final due to a tactical mistake.
"Report" reports that this was stated by Azerbaijani Greco-Roman wrestler Eldeniz Azizli (55 kg) while commenting on winning a silver medal at the European Championship held in Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia.
He said that he will try not to repeat the mistakes he made in the upcoming competitions:
"I thought I would be the champion. But sometimes things don't go as you think. I lost in the final due to a tactical mistake. It's wrestling, anything is possible at any moment. I'm not discouraged, there is the World Championship ahead. I will try not to repeat the mistake I made."
It should be noted that Eldeniz Azizli lost to Russian Emin Seferşayev (UWW) in the final and took second place.
