The table tennis competition will be held at the Gabala Olympic Sports Complex.
It should be noted that 1624 athletes and 2337 representatives from 13 countries will participate in the competition. It has been confirmed that Azerbaijan will be represented by 340 athletes, Pakistan by 4, Russia by 262, Uzbekistan by 254, Belarus by 240, Kazakhstan by 147, Tajikistan by 144, Kyrgyzstan by 126, Turkmenistan by 48, Turkey by 38, Cuba by 11, Kuwait by 6, and Oman by 4 athletes.
Competitions will be organized in 12 venues in 23 sports (archery, badminton, 3x3 basketball, boxing, canoe, chovgan, fencing, football U-16, Greco-Roman wrestling, judo, karate, rhythmic gymnastics, rowing, sambo, shooting, stand shooting, swimming, table tennis, taekwondo, trampoline gymnastics, volleyball, women's wrestling, freestyle wrestling).
The III CIS Games will be organized in seven cities of Azerbaijan – Ganja, Yevlakh, Mingachevir, Gabala, Shaki, Goygol and Khankendi. The opening ceremony will be held on September 28 and the closing ceremony on October 8 at the Ganja city stadium.
