Azerbaijani judoka Vusal Galandarzade (73 kg) did not participate in the consolation match at the "Grand Slam" in Dushanbe, the capital of Tajikistan, due to an injury.
"Report"'s correspondent in Guba reports that Rashad Rasulllu, Executive Vice-President of the Azerbaijan Judo Federation, told journalists about this:
"Vusal broke his rib and had to stop the 1/4 final match prematurely. For this reason, he did not participate in the consolation match either. He will receive treatment for two to three months."
