Ne-waza seminar starts in Baku with the participation of Kodokan experts

A ne-waza seminar with the participation of Kodokan experts has started in Baku, organized by the Azerbaijan Judo Federation.

Idman.biz reports that the training is led by well-known experts of the world's most prestigious judo school - 8th dan holders Hirano Hiroyuki and Mikihiro Mukai.

Their rich experience and methodical approach allow participants to learn the subtle technical aspects of judo.

The first training session, held at the Training Center of the national judo teams, was dedicated to the topic of kime-no-kata. This training is of great importance both in terms of improving practical skills and in deeply mastering the philosophy and traditions of judo.
