The seminar was held under the leadership of Natig Bagirov, Chairman of the Referees Committee of the ACF, and Matin Rahimli, the organization's referee manager, an A-category international referee.
During the event, the innovations in the rules were presented to the athletes through practical examples, and the criteria for the formation of referee decisions based on various episodes were widely discussed. The main purpose of the seminar is to ensure that the new requirements are more accurately learned by the athletes, to prevent misunderstandings that may arise during the competition, and to increase the effectiveness of tactical preparation.
