The Tanzanian national team started the tournament with a match against Liechtenstein. In that match, Alfons Mabula Msanqa fought on the field for 65 minutes. However, the tense match ended with a minimal (0:1) defeat for the Tanzanian national team.
Today, the Tanzanian national team underwent its second test in the tournament. Facing the Macau national team, the African representative crushed their opponent with a score of 6:0, achieving a confident victory. Msanqa was on the field for 45 minutes in this match and participated in organizing his team's attacks.
