Riad Rafiyev, President of "Sumgayit" Football Club, has successfully completed the "Executive Leadership Programme", a joint project of the European Football Clubs (EFC) and "Harvard Business School", one of the world's most prestigious educational institutions.
Idman.Biz reports that this special program designed for high-ranking football managers aims to develop leadership, strategic decision-making, and innovative management skills in the field.
During the training, participants attended both online classes and intensive sessions held at the Harvard campus in Boston, USA. The final stage of the program and the celebratory award ceremony took place in Paris, the capital of France, at the famous "Parc des Princes" stadium.
Sharing his thoughts on this achievement, Riad Rafiyev stated that he is proud to represent Azerbaijani football in the international arena.
