The winners of the IX inter-regional rhythmic gymnastics cup competition held at the Goranboy Olympic Sports Complex have been determined.
Idman.biz reports that more than 60 gymnasts representing various regions of the country - Absheron, Agdash, Ganja, Kurdamir, Gakh, Mingachevir, Nakhchivan, Sumgayit, Shaki, Shamkir, Shirvan, Shamakhi, Talachay and Zagatala - demonstrated their skills in this competition.
On the first day of the competition, athletes in the junior, youth and adolescent age categories presented their performances in the all-around program. On the second day, gymnasts who distinguished themselves in the qualifying stage were awarded.
Born in 2015: Zagatala, Shamkir, Nakhchivan
Born in 2016: 1st and 2nd places - Absheron, 3rd place - Zagatala
Born in 2017: 1st place - Sumgayit, 2nd and 3rd places - Mingachevir
Teenagers
Born in 2012: Zagatala, Absheron and Agdash
Born in 2013: Zagatala, Agdash and Shirvan
Born in 2014: Ganja, Zagatala, Nakhchivan
In the youth (born in 2010-2011) age category: representatives of Zagatala won the 1st and 3rd places, and representatives of Shirvan won the 2nd place.
During the competition, gymnasts stood out with high motivation, professional preparation and aesthetic performances.
