Wolverhampton striker Tolu Arokodare disrupted the team's training session after he was not transferred to Fiorentina.
Idman.Biz reports this with reference to the BBC.
According to the publication, the Nigerian striker insisted on being transferred to the Italian club. Instead, the English side accepted an offer from Turkish club Trabzonspor. In protest, the player sat on the field during training and demanded to be released to the Serie A team.
Last season, Arokodare played 38 games in all competitions for the club, scoring six goals and providing two assists. Wolverhampton was relegated to the Championship from the English Premier League at the end of the 2025/26 season.
