Idman.biz reports that this was stated by PFL captain Yashar Gasimov in his statement to journalists after the final match of the Azerbaijan Futsal Cup.
He commented on the match in which they defeated "Araz-Nakhchivan" in the decisive match. The futsal player said that the match they won with a score of 7:1 was difficult: "Araz-Nakhchivan" has been the national champion for many years. This year they will represent Azerbaijan again in the Champions League. Today our opponent didn't have any legionnaires. But it was still a difficult match. Our local players put up enough resistance. We have a lot of experienced futsal players in the team. For this reason, we were able to play comfortably after taking the lead in the score."
It should be noted that PFL also won the I League.
