Interview of Peter Kralik, Vice President of the World Minifootball Federation, to "Report"
- The Azerbaijan and Hungary teams will face each other in the final of the World Championship. What are your thoughts?
- This is good news for Azerbaijan. Even better news for your country would be to win the decisive match. Hungary is a very good team. They have experienced players in their squad. It is already possible to predict that the final meeting will be very difficult.
- Which team do you rate as having a higher chance?
- It should be noted that the game starts from 0:0. Whoever scores more goals will win. We believe that the fans gathered at the National Gymnastics Arena will witness an interesting final.
- What can you say about the organization of the World Championship?
- The most beautiful of the world championships held so far is the one organized in Baku. However, the competition is not over yet. I believe that the atmosphere of the final match will be remembered with even more magnificent moments.
- 7007 fans watched the 1/4 final match between Azerbaijan and England. This is an absolute record in the history of world championships. Did you expect this in advance?
- Previously, the best indicator was recorded at the opening match of the European Championship held in Kosice, Slovakia - Slovakia vs. Belgium. That match was watched live by 6513 fans. When Azerbaijan became the first in that tournament, we already realized that this country would be one of the best organizers. I congratulate the local organizing committee for the fan record recorded in Baku. But as I mentioned a little earlier, the competition is not over yet.
- How will the organization in Baku be a positive example for other countries?
- The previous competitions have been a good example for Azerbaijan. Your country has prepared very well for the World Cup. I believe that other countries will also look at Azerbaijan and become even more inspired. Everyone saw that minifootball is very loved in Baku.
