The World Minifootball Championship has started in Baku.
İdman.biz reports that the World Cup, held in our country for the first time, started with the France-Chad match.
In the first game held at the National Gymnastics Arena, France won with a minimal score of 1:0.
In the second match of the day, Turkey faced Hungary. The game ended in a goal draw - 1:1. In Group D, Portugal defeated Bulgaria with a score of 3:1.
The winner was also determined in the Ukraine-England match. The English defeated their opponent with a score of 4:0.
6 more matches in 4 groups will be held today. The Azerbaijani national team will meet with Bahrain.
Before this meeting, the opening ceremony of the championship will be organized. The event will be attended by famous singers Aygün Kazımova and Aleyna Tilki.
Note that the other 8 matches of the first round will be held tomorrow.
