Idman.biz reports that this was stated by the captain of the Azerbaijani national team, Elvin Alizade, in his statement to journalists. He commented on his team's qualification for the 1/4 finals of the World Minifootball Championship: "I had some tension at the beginning of the game. But then I came to my senses. Thank God, we won over a strong opponent. In my opinion, we eliminated the most difficult opponent in the championship from the competition. The next difficult team is Serbia. Our next opponent in the next stage will be England. We believe that we will defeat them as well and reach the semi-finals."
It should be noted that our national team qualified for the 1/4 finals by winning the penalty shootout (3:1) of the match that ended with a 1:1 draw in regular time against Romania.
