Azerbaijan national team member Tamkin Khalilzade stated that he was happy to reach the semi-finals of the minifootball world championship.
According to "Report", the footballer said this in a statement to journalists after the game with England.
He commented on the match they won:
"It is possible that I cannot express my feelings correctly due to excitement. I am very excited. Thank God we won a great victory. I express my gratitude to everyone who supported us. We are working very hard, and I believe that in the end it will pay off. We have 2 games left to become world champions. God willing, we will achieve our dream."
It should be noted that the Azerbaijani team defeated England 2:1 in the 1/4 finals and advanced to the semi-finals.
