AFFA did not grant the complaint regarding the decision made about Emin Hasanzade, the football player of "Neftchi" SC, which plays in the Azerbaijan Futsal Premier League.
"Report" informs that the Appeal Arbitration Tribunal has made a decision on this matter.
1. The appeal complaint submitted by "Neftchi" SC should not be granted.
2. The decision of the AFFA Disciplinary Committee dated 02.05.2025, regarding the 4-match suspension of Emil Hasanzade, a player of the Neftchi SC team, for being sent off the field with a straight red card in the 34th minute of the Neftchi SC - Shusha match within the framework of the Futsal Premier League held on 01.04.2025 due to aggressive behavior, should remain in force.
3. The interested parties should be informed of the possibility of appealing the decision of the Appeal Arbitration Tribunal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Lausanne (Switzerland).
2. Regarding the consideration of the complaint against the decision made about Ebru Amirova, a football player of "Shafa" FC
1. The appeal complaint submitted by "Shafa" FC should not be granted.
2. The decision of the AFFA Disciplinary Committee dated 08.05.2025, regarding the 4-match suspension of Ebru Amirova, player number 11 of the "Shafa" FC team, for being sent off the field with a straight red card in the 36th minute of the "Shafa" FC - "Umid" (Ganja) match held on 04.05.2025 within the 1/4 final stage of the AFFA U-15 Girls League for insulting an official of the opposing team, should remain in force.
3. The interested parties should be informed of the possibility of appealing the decision of the Appeal Arbitration Tribunal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Lausanne (Switzerland).
3. Regarding the consideration of the complaint against the decision made about "Shamakhi" Football Club
1. The appeal complaint submitted by "Shamakhi" FC should be partially granted.
2. The decisions of the AFFA Disciplinary Committee dated 23.04.2025, regarding Vugar Suleymanov, a coach of the Shamakhi FC team who was not listed in the protocol but was registered, entering the field and punching several young football players of the Metak team in the Shamakhi FK-Metak FK match held in the AFFA U-15 League on April 22, 2025, being banned from any football-related activity for 1 year, being fined 500 manats as an exception, and the next home match of the Shamakhi team being held without fans, taking into account the exceptional case allowed by Article 1 of the AFFA Disciplinary Code, should be cancelled.
3. The case should be returned to the Disciplinary Committee for re-examination in order to give a correct legal assessment, taking into account the circumstances of the case in accordance with the relevant articles of the AFFA Disciplinary Code applied by the Disciplinary Committee.
4. The appeal complaint should not be granted in the remaining part.
