Zumrud Agayeva, head of the AFFA Women's Football Department, has received her first appointment from UEFA for the 2025/2026 season. Sport24.az reports that she will be the UEFA representative at the return leg of the first qualifying round of the UEFA Champions League between Dinamo (Minsk, Belarus) and Ludogorets (Bulgaria).
This is the first appointment in the AFFA official's career to the continent's most prestigious club tournament among men. Z. Agayeva has previously been appointed to 2 matches in the Women's Champions League.
It should be noted that the return match between Dinamo and Ludogorets, which will be held on July 16, will take place in Mezökövesd.
