Former Swedish national team striker Zlatan Ibrahimović will be a television expert at the 2026 World Cup. According to Sport24.az, Zlatan has agreed to collaborate with "Fox Sports" to cover the 2026 World Cup matches. Ibrahimović will act as an expert-analyst on "Fox Sports".
"Fox Sports" will broadcast 104 matches of the World Cup live, 40 of which will be exclusive.
Ibrahimović played his last match for the Swedish national team as a football player in 2023. He scored 62 goals in 136 appearances for the national team. The star striker participated in two World Championships (2002 and 2006) and four European Championships (2004, 2008, 2012 and 2016) with Sweden.
It should be noted that the 2026 World Cup will be held in the USA, Mexico, and Canada from June 11 to July 19. This will be the first tournament after the number of participants is increased from 32 to 48.
