- You drew 1:1 at home with Araz-Nakhchivan in the 1st round of the Misli Premier League. What can you say about the game?
- It was a difficult match. But I think we were better on the field than the opponent. We were able to score a goal. We also wanted to take advantage of other opportunities. It's just that the opponent was able to equalize. This kind of result is recorded when you can't take advantage of the opportunities that come your way. But in any case, we were better.
- What prevented you from scoring the second goal?
- We created such opportunities. But we couldn't make a difference. I think we need to work on this now. If we can create such opportunities in the next matches, we will score 3-4 goals.
- After Zira's goal, you moved towards the center. What was the reason for provoking the opponent?
- No. This is my habit. Almost every time after scoring a goal, I come to the center. This is to be closer to my teammates. It's just a habit. We may have certain dialogues with the opposing players. But what was important was the performance we showed in today's meeting. It was at a high enough level.
- Tension was felt between the players on the field. Could this be due to the fact that both sides stopped fighting in the European Cups? Maybe you wanted to justify yourselves with a victory?
- I think our team tries to do its best in every match, regardless of the opponent. Considering that the opponent also represented the country in the Conference League. This is understandable. - Everyone wants it as a team. I came to this club three years ago. We have taken second place for two consecutive seasons. I would like to be a champion. I am speaking personally on my own behalf. I want to become a champion with the team.
- You have been here for three years. If you had a choice, how long would you like to stay?
- I don't want to make any predictions about the future. I think there were good things in today's game. What happened seven months ago? When it's in the past, it stays there. It is too early to talk about the future.
