New appointments have been made at Hajduk, Zira's opponent in the second qualifying round of the UEFA Conference League. Sport24.az reports that Goran Vučević has been appointed sports director of the Split representative.
The club's press service announced this.
Ivan Rakitić, who announced that he had finished his career, will serve as Vučević's assistant and technical director. The 37-year-old midfielder, who played for clubs such as Barcelona, Sevilla, and Schalke, wore the Hajduk uniform last season.
It should be noted that Zira's first game with Hajduk will take place in Baku on July 23. The return match between the teams will be held in Split on July 31.
