Former Real Madrid head coach Zinedine Zidane has stated his intention to return to coaching.
Idman.Biz reports that journalist Fabrizio Romano shared this on the X social network.
The World and European champion said in a statement that he has not lost his ambitions and believes that one day he will become the head coach of the French national team: "Of course, I will return to work as a head coach, that is my goal. I want to be the head coach of the French national team one day."
It should be noted that Zidane coached Real Madrid in 2016–2018 and 2019–2021, and won the Champions League three times with the club.
