Zinedine Zidane is preparing to return to coaching. The Frenchman has not coached since May 2021, when he left his post as head coach of Real Madrid.
Lent.az, citing foreign media, reports that an official announcement will be made soon regarding Zidane's new position. It concerns an appointment to the French national team. But with a correction - he will take the post only after the 2026 World Cup.
"Didier Deschamps will leave in 2026. Zidane will be there a year later! Great! Everything is settled," the report emphasizes.
