Former Real Madrid head coach Zinedine Zidane has assessed the performance of Barcelona midfielder Lamine Yamal.
Lent.az reports that Barca Universal reported this.
"When you watch him play... For example, let's take the second half of the semi-final against Inter - I've never seen anything like it in my life. It was exceptional - skill and control over what was happening.
It was amazing to watch such confident and mature play. We all had a great time. That's why Lamin has become a real source of inspiration for the younger generation. "Every era has its heroes, and that's great," - Zidane said.
Yamal has played a total of 106 games for Barcelona, scoring 25 goals and providing 34 assists. The midfielder will turn 18 on July 13.
In the Champions League semi-final, Barcelona lost to Inter on aggregate (3:3, 3:4 after extra time). Yamal scored in the first leg.
