Sepp Piontek, who worked as the head coach of the Turkish national football team between 1990 and 1993, has passed away.
"Report" reports, citing foreign media, that the 85-year-old specialist died after a long illness.
Piontek's family confirmed to the Danish press that he died due to illness.
He coached the Danish national team from 1979 to 1990. In addition, Zepp Piontek also managed Bursaspor in Turkey.
