These words were said by Zaur Ramazanov, who was appointed head coach of "Shimal" in his statement to Sport24.az.
He said the following about his appointment:
"Tural Jalilov doesn't have a B category. They applied for help. I agreed. They will regulate many issues there themselves. I will just help from the outside. If anything is needed, I will help. They asked, and I said write my name. My main job is my previous one. I will continue my activity there (as a selector in youth leagues). I don't know about the goals. It would be better if you asked them. Presumably, the budget will be known after the end of the season."
