Another football club has started operating in Azerbaijan.
Idman.biz reports with reference to Sport1.az that a team called "Zangezur" will play in the Regional League from the new season.
The founder and president of the club is Shahin Mammadov. The team will represent Western Azerbaijan. "Zangezur" will compete in the capital and Northern zones of the Regional League. The club will play its home games in Baku. The main goal of the team is to become a champion and advance to the Second League.
The budget of the newly created team is more than 100,000 manats. It is emphasized that the Western Azerbaijan Community will also support the team.
