We fought well as a team in the game against "Imishli". Our failure to take advantage of the chances we caught and the field factor prevented us from winning. "Kapaz" goalkeeper Yusif Imanov said this in his statement to Sport24.az.
The 23-year-old goalkeeper shared his thoughts on the game with "Imishli" within the framework of the 19th round of the Misli Premier League of his team:
"It is difficult to play football on such a pitch. We couldn't see the quality we wanted in the game. We were the dominant side for 90 minutes. We had a lot of chances, but you can't play football on such a pitch. Staying in the league? Our chances are the same. We have games ahead and we will try to get the maximum result in these games".
Imanov spoke about "Kapaz"'s next round opponent "Neftchi":
"Of course, it is difficult to play against a team with a rich squad like "Neftchi". But a football player develops in such matches. We will do our best to leave the game with a victory".
