"We prepared very seriously for the game all week. Unfortunately, we couldn't implement what we did in training during the game." These words were said by Yusif Imanov, the goalkeeper of "Kapaz", in his statement to Sport24.az.
The 23-year-old goalkeeper shared his thoughts on the game they lost against "Turan Tovuz" within the XVI round of the Misli Premier League:
"I don't think the opponent played better than us. It's just that the unlucky goals we conceded and our passive play in attack greatly affected our game. My performance improves from game to game. I work hard in training. I believe that I will be in full form after the winter break. "Kapaz" has always been a team fighting for high places. Our task is to preserve this tradition. The city of Ganja deserves the highest ranks. We will not only stay in the elite, but also fight for high places. We are capable of this."
