An agreement has been reached with the Ukrainian specialist in the context of the term and financial conditions of a 1.5-year contract.
The 59-year-old head coach only has to come to Azerbaijan, and this problem is about to be solved. He will be able to leave Ukraine based on a special permit letter.
The capital's representative addressed local government agencies for this purpose and received preliminary consent.
