Former head coach of "Keshla" (now "Shamakhi") Yuri Maksimov gave an interview to Sport24.az. The Ukrainian specialist confirmed that he had received a number of offers from the country after leaving Azerbaijan.
The coach also touched upon the fact that his name was mentioned in connection with "Kapaz":
"I can't say anything on this topic. I haven't heard of such information. I have received offers from your country before. I was contacted through close friends."
It should be noted that Yuri Maksimov was the head coach of "Keshla" in the second half of the 2017/2018 season. He won the Azerbaijan Cup with the team.
