The football functionary announced his expectations from the "Turan Tovuz" team for the next season:
"I was against the abolition of the legionnaire limit. This will hit our national football to a certain extent. The activity of local football players will be limited. It is as if foreign wrestlers are wrestling, and we are watching it. We have never been able to use our own local football players. We have set aside our players for the First and Second leagues. If a club has extensive financial capabilities, they give preference to legionnaires. Those with weak budgets are fighting to stay in the Premier League with local football players. "Turan Tovuz" is not late in transfers. I am always in contact with club officials. According to the information I have, several football players will join the camp in the Turkish training camp".
It should be noted that the new season in the Azerbaijan Premier League will start on August 15.
