"Sabah's head coach, Valdas Dambrauskas, may have made some mistakes in the first official match since he is new." Yashar Seyidov said this in his statement to Sport24.az.
The experienced official shared his thoughts on the return match that the Baku representative will hold today in Slovenia against "Celje" within the framework of the first qualifying round of the Europa League:
"Sabah" could not prevent the opponent's sharp attacks in the meeting in Baku, especially in the second half. Unfortunately, Dambrauskas preferred counter-attacking football after the break in the first match. Although the Latvian expert spoke confidently at the press conference after the game, the team played insecurely. Let's hope that our representative will show a better game in the return match and return from the away game with a victory."
It should be noted that the "Celje" - "Sabah" game will start today at 22:00 Baku time. The guests celebrated the victory in the first match in Azerbaijan - 3:2.
