Yamal missed training due to discomfort, but is unlikely to miss the derby

Barcelona forward Lamine Yamal missed the first training session of 2026. Sport24.az reports that Yamal did not participate in training today due to general discomfort.

 

However, the winger is unlikely to miss the La Liga derby against Espanyol on January 3.

 

It should be noted that in the current season, Yamal has scored 7 goals and provided 7 assists in 14 La Liga matches.
