Former Spanish national team midfielder Xavi answered a question about the Spanish national team being a potential candidate to win the World Championship to be held in North America.
According to Idman.biz, he sees Spain as a favorite.
"They have already proven that they are able to compete and how to fight. They are European champions. In my opinion, the Spanish national team, along with Argentina, are the main candidates to win," Xavi said.
The Argentine national team is the winner of the last World Championship. In the 2022 final, the Argentine national team faced France. The main time of the game ended with a score of 3:3, but Argentina was superior in the penalty shootout (4:2).
