- Actually, it has potential. Individually, we have quality players. It just needs to be turned into a team. It takes time. New breath is needed. I'm talking about coaches. I'm not talking about myself. Someone will come and create discipline in the team. They can show themselves as a team in future games.
- The unbeaten streak in the main team is also in the reserve team. "Kapaz"'s reserve team also has only one point. What is the reason for this?
- 95 percent of the team is new. All the football players are new, they are young. We have formed a reserve team consisting of U-16, U-17, U-19 teams. If we look at other clubs, they send 5-6 players from the main team to the reserve team. We want to develop the potential of our academy's own players and bring them to the main team. Our team consists of young people. We are not thinking about the result at the moment. We want new, young football players to emerge. We want to restore the former glory of Ganja football.
- It has already become a tradition in "Kapaz" that the beginning of the season is in a bad situation, and in the end, it stays in the league. What did you start with this time?
- Right now, there is a spirit of defeat in the children. They have lost faith in themselves. We wanted to restore faith. We did it. We managed to do it in training. We saw goals in our goal as a result of individual mistakes. They could not fulfill the analysis we did. The mood in the team was normal. Such things happen in football. God willing, someone will come and eliminate them in the future.
- How many games will you play with the team?
- For now, they have told me 1-2 games. Maybe someone will come to the match with "Qarabag" and bring a new breath. I can't say that. Everything depends on the management. They have assigned me now.
- Has your candidacy been put forward?
- Honestly, I don't even think about it. I'm not even putting forward my candidacy. My only thought is to train young football players and give them to the main team. That is my goal.
