On April 7, on the occasion of World Health Day, a social initiative was carried out before the "Araz Nakhchivan" - "Sabah" match of the 26th round of the Misli Premier League at the "Liv Bona Dea Arena". Sport24.az reports that on the occasion of the event, which was realized in cooperation with the World Health Organization, the teams' football players entered the field together with children with Down syndrome. The main purpose of the action was to promote an inclusive society, that each individual has a unique place in society, and at the same time to demonstrate the accessibility of football for everyone.
Thus, it was once again brought to attention that football is not just a game, but also plays a role as a powerful platform for instilling important social values.
