French goalkeeper Steve Mandanda has announced his decision to end his career.
"Report" reports that the 40-year-old goalkeeper made a statement to L'Equipe.
"It wasn't easy for me to make this decision. After thinking about it for a while, I finalized my decision. Although I received many offers, I refused them all," the "glove owner" said.
Mandanda, who last defended the honor of the "Renn" club in his country, played 35 games for the national team. He helped his national team win gold medals at the 2018 World Cup held in Russia.
