Former Argentina national team football player, 1978 World Cup winner Luis Galvan has passed away.
GOL.az reports that he died at the age of 78. The information has also been confirmed by the Argentine Football Association.
Galvan is a graduate of the Talleres de Cordoba club. He spent most of his career with this team. L. Galvan also played for the clubs Loma Negra, Belgrano and Bolivar.
He played 34 games for the Argentine national team between 1975 and 1983 and won the 1978 World Cup with the team.
